cats are one of the greatest domesticated, or better said, half domesticated animals.almost every one of them has a caracter of its own.
i heard that somewhere in turkey there`s that kind of cat that has no fur and likes going in water.

You're probably talking about Van Kedisi (Turkish for Van Cat), but they do have a fur, in fact a beautiful snow white fur. Yes they do like swimming, especially in the lake that names them after, "Van".
